For six long weeks now, every night when the moon would rise, it would glow with a deep crimson light. Many have wondered why this has come to be. Some speculate that Enlil, the moon, has grown enraged with the world and that this is a sign of coming destruction, however this is far from the truth. The real cause of the crimson moon is something far darker, and terribly unholy.
With this crimson moon, Azoria has also seen a sharp rise in the undead. They've become stronger and far more organized than ever before. The kingdoms of Egaia and Piscyrus have all agreed that this is a global issue affecting them all, and have agreed to halt all hostilities between one-another until this crisis is dealt with, yet information has been scarce, and this temporary treaty is growing weaker by the day. The rulers have begun to suspect each other as the cause of this coming blight. They believe someone has found a way to control the undead and are using them to slowly cripple the kingdoms.
Though they are only half right.
The undead are being controlled, but not by any of the rulers of Azoria. A new group has arisen from the grave, and with them they've brought a horde of undead each night for the last six weeks. This group calls themselves the Necrogram. They are a group of five unique Necromancers whose intentions remain unknown, though it would appear as if they're looking for something. How they've managed to turn the moon red as well as raise such a powerful army is unknown, but it is a fact that they are behind the devastation and infestation of undead.
It is said that each of the five members of the Necrogram work independently from one-another. Only convening on the first day of every week. Perhaps, if one could be tracked down, information could be extorted from them. They are not easy to find, however; and with an army of undead stalking the night, they won't be an easy catch either.
