Function: The main function of the Peace Keepers is to uphold and maintain the balance of power for all races. During times of Balance, Peace Keepers have very relaxed responsibilities. It is expected of them to continue honing their abilities, but to also gravitate away from their chapels and explore the world. Peace Keepers are taught to familiarize themselves with all walks of life so that they feel a better urge to protect and serve. many Peace Keepers become wandering adventurers. Others enlist in small armies, militia, and rebellions in order to help sort out small conflicts throughout the world.

For everything gained, a sacrifice must be made. For every action, there must be an equal and opposite reaction. The Balanced Moon religion is also one that promotes peace and harmony between all walks of life. Racism is looked down upon. Because of its emphasis on Peace and Harmony, many followers of this religion are Pacifists as well and refuse to do harm to others. In order to balance these Pacifists, the Peace Keepers are trained to do harm to anyone who dares disrupt the balance of the world.

History: The Peace Keepers were founded during the Fifth Age, where they rebelled against the Fol-Empire and strategically picked it apart from the inside-out. It is rumored that the Peace Keepers are the reincarnation of the Vulcan Clan: A group of powerful Demon Hunters who fought against the world's most powerful evils to make the world a safer place for the living. Only high-ranking captains of the varies Peace Keeper chapters are privileged to this level of information, however.
Once the Fol-Empire had fallen at the hands of the Crimson Terror, the Peace Keepers became a much more pacifistic guild. Rarely did they ever attack whole kingdoms or empires. Instead, they served as mediators for political negotiations in order to see to it that all parties were given fair and equal opportunities. They also served as powerful guards during these dealings, which could easily turn bloody at any given moment.
Since this time, the Peace Keepers have declared the world in a state of Balance, and that all races share an equal wealth of power and opportunity. Because of this, the Peace Keepers have no stake in any wars or major political parties. Instead, they serve as quiet watchers over Azoria as well as missionaries spreading the good word of the Balanced Moon.
